Package Details

All-Inclusive Rates & Cabin Types (Early Bird Pricing Options / Starting From):

  • Inside (Interior) Cabin – Double Occupancy: $1,100 per person

  • Ocean View Cabin – Double Occupancy: $1,200 per person

  • Balcony Cabin – Double Occupancy: $1,350 per person

Early Bird Bonus: Guests who reserve early will receive a special discount toward their travel protection.

(Rates vary by cabin type, room occupancy and may change based on availability.)

Deposit & Payment Schedule:

  • $100 initial deposit (part of total $300 deposit) due by December 31, 2025

  • Remaining $200 deposit due by February 28, 2026

  • Final balance due by September 30, 2026

Flexible monthly payment plans available (Please note: Credit card payments include a 4% processing fee.)

Service Charges & Changes Policy

• Service charges and penalties will be applied for changes made within 60 days of departure. (Please confirm any requested changes as early as possible to avoid fees.)


CANCELLATION POLICY


90 days or more prior to departure: A 75% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. Please note: the cost of airfare is non-refundable once ticketed.


45 days or less prior to departure: A 40% refund of the land-only portion of your payment will be issued. Airfare is non-refundable after 24 hours, in accordance with airline regulations.


30 days or less prior to departure: No refund will be issued.


Travel Protection: All cancellations must be sent through email to Info@Joycotourdmv.com


We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. You may also request that JoyCo Tours include travel protection for your trip.
