Important Information
Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A valid passport is required.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining any required visas.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Tour itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or operational requirements.
A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum is not met, participants will receive a full refund of payments made to JoyCo Tours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
90 days or more prior to departure: A 75% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. Please note: the cost of airfare is nonrefundable once ticketed.
45 days or less prior to departure: A 40% refund of the land-only portion of your payment will be issued. Airfare is non-refundable after 24 hours, in accordance with airline regulations.
30 days or less prior to departure: No refund will be issued.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. You may also request that JoyCo Tours include travel protection for your trip.
